Coaching

Coaching is a method that helps people develop their skills through an ongoing direct interaction with a coach. Coaching enables employees to find answers and increases their self-awareness, it depends on a trust-based relationship and willingness to learn, along with creating an environment where the individual is guided toward finding the suitable solutions for their problems, instead of being told what to do. The coaching program is delivered on an individual one-one basis, as well as group coaching sessions for teams.
